Dance

dance thru the darkness

seeking the light

prepare for the dawn

for then we’ll take flight

the feeling of movement

the songs that we be

expands our totality

for when we can see

precious the moments

the freedom and flow

exploring the emptiness

wherever we go

having been in the twilight

the past faded to nil

we dance our emotions

releasing until

as vagabonds of the future

new frontiers to explore

being the love

and loving the more

How Can We End Suffering?

suffering is dependant
on our perception of life
comprehend it

everything is of a spectrum
and thru our awareness
we observe it

to simply be
to be aware
to ride the tide
to be there

to focus on
our heart’s desire
to warm not burn
beside each fire

to learn to say
just what we feel
to share our love
and each ordeal

for challenged by
more than we can handle
is the opportune time
to seek to dismantle

dismantle by
asking for help
and seek the source
of what makes us unwell

there is always a gift
in what we experience
the emotions felt
are our deliverance

emotions fuel
a passion for change
suffering itself
can be rearranged

seek the gifts
that are only concealed
by the perception of suffering
ask and be healed

Brotherhood

the brotherhood of man
united in a cause
to redistribute wealth
to END war not to pause

the new ways of communicating
global in their reach
give opportunity to share ideas
to both listen and to teach

to feel each other’s suffering
to know how we want to live
to share our abundance by gifting
to love each brother’s child as his

the brotherhood will strengthen
as each steps up to start
honouring all life on Earth
life in every part
