Quiet Peace
a quiet so silent
as to leave a gap
the nothingness that exists
is there for us to tap
spacial awareness
is not there as well
there’s a loudness to quiet
as witnesses will tell
steeped in this stillness
unable to move
heavily sedated
as the mind is improved

cascades of poetry
to quiet the mind
only by quieting
there peace we will find
deeply enchanted
by mystical waves
a stillness evoked
enveloped by haze
the beauty erupting
rippling in cascades
a symbolic presence
that flows thru the daze

Sharing the Inner
if one could unzip
and show what’s inside
what would we expose
of our internal side?
how could we share it?
what would they see?
an explanation required?
or just let it be?
and if we stood by a mirror
and looked inside too
what would we see there
and be willing to do?
