showing we are on track
underscoring the importance
of this alignment in time
a full moon, a lunar eclipse
intuit the importance
the importance of this
as a celebration
celebrating a point of consciousness
an opportunity to align with your life’s design
with your highest purpose
your desire to make a difference
as we co-design the world we are creating
and an important juncture
as we feel into the now
an opportunity to review and release
all that no longer serves your life’s journey
or the future of humanity
let it go and celebrate the new freedom
high five!

Intuit
a sensory level that is strengthening now
hard to describe but it’s showing us how
to trust this ability
an ability to know the live-streaming of life
to feel the arrival of visions that might
come into being
be it images or a gut feeling
goosebumps accompanying a thought
experiential relationships that have taught
the importance of opportunities
a red flag or a celebration
a knowingness
a pattern or next step
as we open to this receiving
we are becoming more adept
at previewing the next page

Communication by Presence

Communication by Presence
our primary way of communicating
is with our simple physical presence
from the time of our birth
we have known the value, the worth
of touch, of being held
no words even needed
and so at any age
there is never a stage
when we don’t crave
that physical presence
being seen and heard
is what we observe
and that light touch
that pat on the back
that comforting hug
it is a primal fact
that there is a tug
a tug on the heart
knowing we’re loved
