temperance is a virtue
the middle path or way
a field of life’s experiences
teach us what to hold at bay
with growth of personal integrity
temptation no longer exists
a desire to live with balance
is a natural beingness that persists
in these times of self-discovery
taking time to seek within
we feel into our self-perspectives
in-tune and re-begin

Dreamed Alive
to be aware
to witness our lives
to participate with ease
to be aware of what lies
in the dreams we surmise
to no longer be an item
in the lives that we dream
for that way there’s an  impermanence
to what has been seen
the awakened mind
allows for spontaneity
the nameless observer from the stillness
of the supreme presence
held within

step out of the chaos
where life is a muddle
time to jump in and play
come splash in the puddle

the joy of inclusion
bringing others into play
of any challenge or non-sense
we can and want all to have a say
what is can be playfully reconstructed
as the old or obsolete is unbuild, deconstructed

rebuilt into new form
a creative new model is born
while the quagmires of the past
become new structure that can last

full of potential
potential to expand
and balance and replan
with versatility and with fun
we will play with what has begun
