a thing of beauty just is
acknowledged by the heart
it speaks to us

Denial
whoever we are
wherever we be
there can be no denial
we want to be free
within this body
within this mind
perhaps the only way
we are confined
yet even the mind
relates to others
and body feels the energies
of our friends and our lovers
we are free to engage
we are free to observe
we are free to question
and receive what is heard
what more can we ask for
as we journey thru life
let us celebrate this freedom
