Particulate Dissuasions

confined by the quantum
a reality show
time to recognize
we’ve arrived at the goal

particles are free
to combine and collide
the new is now being
we’re creators imbibed

we have consumed now
more than we can hold
time to release
and allow what we goaled

the goal to be able
to create and design
a new way of living
let the new be aligned

aligned to love
to love and be loved
aligned to the beauty
of being alive
to creating the opportunities
where all life can thrive

Despondent

feeling despondent
an absence of hope and good cheer
where did it come from?
let’s look in the mirror

surrounded by beauty
and love in our lives
something is awakening
our reflections tell no lies

the very essence
of why we are here
is in danger of giving up
when surrounded by fear

constant reminders
relating to climate and life
we cannot ignore
the whole planet is in strife

we must go back to the basics
on how to survive
we can’t throw in the towel
but roll up sleeves and come alive

a passion for life
all forms are at risk
each be a leader
bring solutions to the mix

we have the power
the love and the might
awareness is not enough
come join in the fight

to delay or imagine
what we might have done
is the past way of avoiding
the battle to be won

Tyler’s Prayer

I can do this now

I am aware of my thoughts

Let them set me free

I know i am loved

I know i am safe

I have someone with me

I must have some faith

I want to help my caregivers get rest

I am going to practice doing my best

I am going to do all i can for myself

I will ask someone if i want some help

Let this be the day that i am well and calm

Let me sleep all night until the dawn

Let me be okay with all that is happening

Let me look forward to planning by mindmapping

I have learned now how to cope

I am filled with gratitude and with hope

I am okay

I am me
