draw it and write it in radiating lines
emphasizing items in a colour at a time
expanding, including until all is combined
to look at the drawing like a radiating sun
the rays are the rainbow tasks of what’s to be done
choose or prioritize in a heart-centred way
play and have fun as you conquer each ray
