The Heart
the heart is our centre
the centre of life in our midst
it directs our soul’s journey
allowing our brains to assist
from the centre of the heart
there run many threads
sending and receiving
the love that it spreads
my heart is my centre
it is where i reside
open to everything
and where i can hide
my heart’s full of love
thanks for honouring it too
for my heart makes it possible
for all that i do

Integrity
the integrity of wholeness
will exist in its strength
when individuated perspectives
are shared with a resonant wave length
whether sitting in circle
or in spherical formation
we express our perspectives
from a place of passionate elation
straight from our hearts
we each radiate our truth
others receive thru their hearts
not asking for proof
each has a turn
to share what they feel
and the diverse perspectives
are certain to yield
a wholeness, a richness
of multi-dimensional strength
and then comes an opportunity
to discuss this at length
questions are asked
for clarity and expansion
additions to perspectives
add other dimensions
and finally exhausting
all concerns and resistance
there emerges a consensus
that comes into existence
this coming into form
with collaborative intension
has an integrity of wholeness
that has dissolved oppositional tension
this is the primary force
fuelling humanity’s ascension
thru that illusive gateway
to the next dimension
with the key
being love

Happy New Year
to begin again
on this journey of evolution
to circle the sun once more
with the earth’s revolution
as one
01/01 – a marker in time
the starting point
of a circular line
and as the sun moves too
it is more of a spiral
a systematic return
or a revival
a return of faith
a restoration of hope
a strengthening of purpose
a reawakening of life’s full scope
a love of life
a year released
it does not return
we pause for a moment
what did we learn?
then onward we move
in this spiralling turn
seeking the happiness
for what we yearn
knowing our inward journey
and the thoughts that we think
are the elements of change
the co-creative link
to our becoming
