A New Language
we’re speaking a new language
the voice of the heart
for those who feel/see it
it ignites like a spark
many have been tinder-dry
from a drought caused by fear
the loneliness, isolation
has been like being lost in a mirror
the sound/energy of this communication
is something quite new
it is spreading like wild-fire
from the sparks of a few
yes we’re being torched
set ablaze by this love
as we burst into laughter
we understand what we’re made of
the old has been set ablaze
the new now awaits
carrying the creative force that comes from fun
we move to dance thru the gates
