Apprehension

Apprehension
apprehension is time in suspension
allowing a fear to kick us out of gear
out of the flow
to negative possibilities we go
by being aware
we simply don’t go there
we understand now
and are being shown how
our greatest frustration is bringing things to completion
time no longer allows us to do it all on our own
accept when help is offered
ask friends, family to assist
ask and thru prayer, invite in the unseen
they are watching over us and know where we’ve been
simplify and let go of what now is obsolete
prioritize daily what you want to complete
apprehension will fade as achievements unfold
have fun moving forward for you are the bold

The ANCESTORS ARE WATCHING

The ANCESTORS ARE WATCHING
the Ancestors are watching
watching all that we do
and it may be a surprise
how they can influence you
to be truly aligned
and in service to all
we have their support
they will answer our call
but when not aligned
to the truth in some phase
we can get reassigned
until we change our ways
reassigned into suffering
the consequences of our actions
so we reach out to those
who can ask for a retraction
of what is doing harm

Pain

Pain
pain is an indicator
of being out of alignment
physically, emotionally
or with one’s soul journey
flashbacks, reminders
urgency of awareness
what is being presented
may be what’s lamented
what has been lost?
where can it be found?
there is healing in the doing
of the out and inbound
and there is healing
in the receiving
of the subtle frequencies
the frequencies of invisible sound
