the inner climate
is what sustains and protects
and the ability to cope
is how the inner voice redirects
the storms of chaos
are swirling out there
stillness and silence
gift the ability to share
to share what we know
from the guidance and flow
coming from the great beyond
it is a love bond

So Much More
he walked into the mirror
startled when he looked up
a flashing response
who was this person?
what was he doing there?
he met himself
forgotten he had closed that door
absorbed in texting on his phone
a beautiful experience
quite unique
how often do we meet our clone?
to observe oneself as someone else
has value in the reflection
mirroring back the physical form
before the inner state responds with rejection
we are so much more than a physical reflection

Called
the dawn of the day
is calling to us
go to the sunrise
and wait there with trust
know that the dawning
brings light into day
and is ready to inform us
as the photons start to play
information is carried
from the sun/star we see rise
and the brilliance on the horizon
is eased for our eyes
