Inner Quake

Inner Quake

the inner quake
make no mistake
knows no boundary
defining the quandary
we find ourselves in

capable of destruction
sometimes even an eruption
emotions pent up
soon have to erupt
and release

every cell is affected
and the heart is directed
to seek balance and protect
all systems it can direct
seeking calm

we have the power to intercept
to meditate and to inspect
our relationships to all
to set boundaries and overhaul
the way we live

to love, receive and give
to share, always aware
we are One

Quantum Essentials

quantum essentials
a list we now receive
existing exponentially
our suffering to relieve

to understand
we are aspects of the One
there is nothing else
we are part of the sum

to be happy and care
for others and ourselves
to love unconditionally
for in the heart is where one dwells

the seat of the soul
connected to the All
to live life consciously
to answer the Call

Foreboding

at the setting horizon
it creeps in again
asking to name it
”foreboding” came in

an unsettled feeling
uneasiness clear
what is this warning?
what is so near?

in a practice of clearing
of examining within
what am i missing?
where do i begin?

where am i welcomed?
what offerings do i decline?
am i being inclusive
or trying to do it myself all the time?

am i receiving
the gifts that are offered?
and those synchronicities
that keep happening
are they not miracles proper?

to empty all out
to share from the heart
to feel gentle sweetness
is this what we can impart?

what is this gift of a warning
before an outcome is advanced?
what awareness can be gained?
how can our future be enhanced?

yes we are in this together
your suffering is mine
let us journey on our paths
with our love intertwined
