Simplify
the chaos surrounds us
and we are asked for more
contributing our gifts and skills
more than ever before
how can we do it?
there seems no time for rest
how to explain it?
we will try to do our best
examine your routines
your habits and transgressions
how can you simplify
with the use of repressions?
subdue the thoughts of being needed
repress “its up to you”
when something feels like work
examine that too
the joy when you wake up
must flow thru your day
focus on each moment
and play and play and play

Choices
we are being asked
to step back and relax
to feel into our essence
to know our own presence
who am i now?
what are my patterns?
who/what do i love?
and why?
who loves me?
and why?
how long will i live?
how do i want to live?
what feels unfinished in my life?
what do i do for fun? am i doing this?
what are my dreams of doing the impossible?
how am i feeding/ envisioning doing these?
what am i holding back from doing?
and why?
who are my champions?
how do they support me?
do i have any disappointments?
and why?
do i have any fears?
and why?
what do i find hard to do, say, hear, feel?
and why?
what is love?
how do i feel and express love?
what has changed in my life?
and always the question why
and then finding our answers
share with those close
discuss our true beingness
and what we want most
to begin as the new
to release all the past
into the future
our visions are cast

Seeking Reciprocity

Seeking Reciprocity
we can share who we are
we can share what we want
is  it ever defined
by our choice of a font?
how we express
what we want to convey
must come from the heart
there is no other way
it does not need words
there is a vibrational exchange
how we can receive
is on the very same plane
so when we reach out
to share what’s inside
does it require
the other to reply?
of course it does not
but that communication is finished
and the potential to understand
is greatly diminished
using words or not
we cannot hide our true feelings
they are part of the matrix
that illuminates all concealings
so let us be love
in the spirit of reciprocity
and let movement continue
with its increasing velocity
freely and acknowledged
