Life is Movement
we sense, process and then respond
interactive with life
senses attuned to all that is
then processed by predicting
predictions based on experiential past
our response is reactive and active
the flow of movement
wants no obstacles
our lives flow until blocked
blockages can be removed
kindly, gently
energetically, prophetically
and we begin the new again
renewed as the new

of two simple words
what do we want to be?
what are we meant to be?
can we be something else?

The Seed
the seed – a new word
anchored once heard
the seed – a loving thought
mirroring what we have sought
the seed – an action taken
our visions not forsaken
the seed – in each and every dream
a future of love that is foreseen
may our seeds multiply and grow
into the future that we sow
