The anger from within
Has to come out
The anger from within
Do you know what it’s about?

The anger from within
Is frustration contained
The anger from within
Comes from around us – entrained

The anger from within
Is as much yours as is mine
The anger from within
Is about the unjust defined

The anger from within
It has to come out
The anger from within
Is what this is all about

The anger from within
Is seeking a voice
The anger from within
Just what is our choice?

The anger from within
Has not been assessed
The anger from within
Has created this unrest

The anger from within
Has been expressed in our songs
The anger is within
And it’s not where it belongs

The anger from within
Has created great pain
The anger is within
And if blamed it leads to shame

The anger was within
And we have let it out
The anger’s not within
It’s creating fear – no doubt

The anger’s not within
The release has been immense
The anger’s not within
It’s being used now as a defence

Those who are judging us
Are angry instead
Blaming our expression
And feeling anger and dread

What has been created
In this world of ours?
Rules so antiquated
We’re wilting like flowers

We’re seeking to be nourished
And valued with love
If you blame us and shame us
We’ll return to the dust

We were created and born
With love – it is true
Now society is asking
What can we do?

Feel into your hearts
And show us the way
If i were your child
What would you say?

The anger’s been expressed
Not pretty – it’s true
And how you respond
Will affect what’s to ensue

You can blame us
And arraign us
And charge us
With crimes

You can create
A story about our characters
Or write a poem that rhymes

Or you can be honest
And recognize – our anger
Comes from fear

And the antidote to fear
Is its opposite
Change gear

In our experience of duality
The pendulum swings side to side
Fear swings to love
Bring love alive

Love and compassion
Are the answers to all
When life is chaotic
It is time to recall

When did you feel helpless
Holding anger within?
How did you express it
And what response did you win?

What we witness is truly
Just an aspect of ourselves
We hold the answers
They’re there for the one who delves

You who choose to delve deeply, deeply within
Will have the answers from experience
Akashic records hold them

If you cannot remember
Then there are those to help you find
Often the answer is to simply rewind

Rewind, look back
To our history, our lives
What did we learn?
How did we survive?

The anger was within
The opportunity is here
Let the new world begin
It is time to change gear

Justice by Doing

Justice by Doing

Justice and not doing
is like a volcano spewing
Pressure builds up
and something erupts

If you’ve been on your journey
and you’re not in a hurry
you will understand what we say

Go deep in your hearts
to discover your charts
that will guide you to the Way

The further you travel
the past will unravel
so travelling back is unsafe

And as you continue
that what has been you
will also dissolve by the day

Guided by truth
enables a tooth
to bite into only what’s palatable

That which is created
by intentions orchestrated
by other than Spirit can’t last

We’re transitioning now
as you’d say, “Holy Cow!”
A glimpse of the New we can see

It’s impossible to continue
if anything you bring with you
is out of integrity so –

Ask questions to understand
Make choices – not by demand
Your heart’s guidance will lead the Way

You’ve talked of observing
You’ve talked of allowing
Yet justice by doing must be

Fear not consequences
when you run into fences
There’s no barrier to the free

Incidents accruing
potential volcano spewing
build up when not dealt with one by one

Simply adjust
set the rocket thrust
and blast through all that’s unjust

No need to surrender
to explanations and ponder
once clarity is found in your hearts

Ask Spirit for guidance
Ask – don’t take a chance
Be clear in reading your charts

You’ll find the difference
when not being on defence
Set out and go for the goal

If you don’t mark it
you may miss the target
Seek Oneness in all that you do

Ask what is good for me?
Then what is good for you?
It’s the same when you focus on One

Fly and see like the Eagle
Come together like Seagulls
when seeking safety from the storm

Descend like the Dove
landing with Love
on Gaia – she’s waiting for you

If you haven’t addressed
the wrongs you’ve confessed
take time now to do and complete

For a heart that is open
there’s no law that is broken
if innocence or remorse was involved

When we are judging of others
our reflection’s uncovered
Look closely – is it you that you see?

The ups and the downs
for those who wear crowns
can be more extreme than for others

Each of you is a Star
and you’re always at par
with another who shines their light

Please brighten dear Stars
so you’re seen from afar
for others to navigate through the night

This time is important
Remember why you were sent
Your participation will bring in the New

If we are your equal
and you are the sequel
together our love is renewed

Cherish all of creation
Don’t be deterred by temptation
And don’t engage in battles unless

It’s a battle fought with love
a battle fought with joy
A battle for peace is with love

Be grateful to all
they’re sometimes here to call
to your attention
something you’ve missed

You are the tools,
the means and the way
We love you
We bless you
We are you

Let us complete
the journey of One
like each ray returning
to the centre of the Sun

To the Children Beyond

To the children beyond
I give you freedom
To the children beyond
I give you love

To the children beyond
I give you joyful living
To the children beyond
I present the dove

To the children beyond
I gift you gentleness
To the children beyond
I give you sight

To the children beyond
I pass my wisdom
To the children beyond
I give you life

And what is life
But a map without any places
A map that you yourselves will draw
As you explore

And Mother Earth is the map
That you will draw upon
And it is a map that will be shared
With others too

To draw a line from here to there
There is one rule
And as your elder, i can teach you
It is my school

To draw a line upon the map
You must have travelled it
And carried with you and kept intact
A heart of love

This line of love
Will intersect with others drawing
And soon the lines so carefully placed
Will weave the New

And the journeys of those before –
Your loving ancestors’
Have left faint lines to guide you
As you explore

And we are here
To support and share our wisdom
And you are there
To co-create and dream the New

Blessed be the children
Of the new creation
Blessed be the vision quest
Of those unborn

Blessed be my loved ones
Who now can journey
And draw their maps
From the fabric of their hearts

A gift to you
A feather pen
It is your mother’s

I gift to you
My love and joy
It is your ink

We gift to you
The courage now to move onway
We gift to you
The wisdom garnered to make a choice

Carry love in every step
As you move forward
The future’s yours, you have the gifts
And we rejoice

Blessed be our dear children
Of the present
Blessed be
Our dear children of beyond

Always, yes always
You will carry
The strength connecting us
It is
OUR LOVE BOND
