And Then We Breathe
waking up we are wanting to share the truths of our times
there’s a reversal of attitudes that flow thru our spines
we used to be influenced, even told to what we should align
now there is a determination to choose, no longer confined
every little kindness ripples out into the field
the allure of helping others is increases the yield
magnitudes of multitudes pushing out the dross
gains of perceptions replacing the loss
joy in the substance of witnessing the change
happening in our closeness then expanding the range
a feeling then a thought can explode into action
our hearts are our directors with every loving contraction
and then we breathe
a calmness is felt
a trouble that once lingered
we now feel it melt

quantum denial once more explained
we have access to all as we live on this new plane
a planetary storehouse of elemental wealth
and the knowledge to help balance the Earth’s very health
let us deny any access to where we will waste
let us slow down and savour and let go of haste
our very awareness brings us to understand
what we have here is to be shared, shared hand to hand
the art of repurposing, of simplifying too
is part of our tool-chest in creating the new
as we pass from the abundance of material wealth
we give passage to the beauty of our emotional health
