Sometimes
sometimes i feel a shadow
and a longing to be free
from a pathway that has narrowed
as it lies ahead of me
its then that i remember
we do not walk alone
there are those who walk beside us
as we walk the pathway home

Awareness
complexities of time are upon us
extremes of experiential design
opportunities to change our direction
and to choose with what we align
the gift of our ability to question
blends now into simply being present
to witness as the observer the emergent
and gently allow not resist
the awareness of all that surrounds us
the awareness of what we hold within
the heart as our centre and doorway
to our passage to renew, re-begin
