some feel it internally
some exude it and shine
be yourself
all the time

joy is a way of living
a core resonance that is felt
along with peace and with love
it is what we’re made of

of pure caring for others
with no sense of self?
aware of a sadness in others
of some degree of suffering
perhaps simply giving support
in silence
with a hug, touch or a word
feel into this level
of being the other

being joyous and loving
a vibrant presence of living
in that awareness of connection
