the slo… for 5 days
the slowness, the quiet, the presence
bringing peace into all that we are
the gentleness of our movement
as we seek to calm all near and far
holding the still point so steady
conscious that all can entrain
holding our heart-felt emotions
with a love that dissolves all the pain
generous multitudes with compassion
attend to the particulate floor
replacing the loss with a connection
to a love that penetrates to our core
the slogan now for the 5 days
is to cherish the life we can live
when the material disintegrates all around us
we then learn to accept and to give

Follow the Guidance

to follow the guidance that we ask to receive
is the critical part as we’ve come to believe
that asking for help is the way to achieve
the ways to resolving what we want to relieve

ask and you shall receive
receive and do not leave
the action undone

we are capable of resolving all challenges
we have the capacity for advanced problem solving
we also know that the shared advice or guidance
given when it is requested assists our evolving

then why
do we resist?
why do we insist
on staying
the same?

given a vision or an opportunity for a new decision
can we not discard the old and try the new?
who is the expert? who has the experience?
who have we asked to give us deliverance?

pray now to stop
pray now to unblock
that which is invading
the mind and persuading
us to not try
and remember to ask why
why do i want to suffer
when the answer
has been given?
follow the guidance
it opens the door
to new frontiers
that we can explore

into the future
blessed to design
the ways we are living
and being the divine

Past Your Eyes

Past Your Eyes

pure divinity
not contaminated by thought
heart felt vocalizing
from that central sacred spot

we hear it, sense it
as a ringing in our ears
a presence is calling us
and dissolving all our fears

spacial awareness
aligning to the truth
we are held and supported
our experience our living proof

in the living universe
we are held as a jewel
and the sense that we were gifted
is that love be our sacred tool

to use it
to be it
for a plan has been devised
humanity is being told
your love creates a future
that is
past your eyes
