Tyler’s Prayer

I can do this now

I am aware of my thoughts

Let them set me free

I know i am loved

I know i am safe

I have someone with me

I must have some faith

I want to help my caregivers get rest

I am going to practice doing my best

I am going to do all i can for myself

I will ask someone if i want some help

Let this be the day that i am well and calm

Let me sleep all night until the dawn

Let me be okay with all that is happening

Let me look forward to planning by mindmapping

I have learned now how to cope

I am filled with gratitude and with hope

I am okay

I am me

Carrying the Light

when we live from the heart
the high heart we’ve created
we radiate our light
we’re exposed
we are naked

the audacity of being
pure beings as we are
is being fully transparent
we are as aspects of the Mar
hiding naught
in our oneness

our radiant light
can be seen as our aura
and our compassion for others
is dissolving the Samsara

the New we can be
and is the road
to awakening
to enlightenment
to being free

pray let us be

the Mar – ocean of infinite love

Wings, Wind and Waves

powerful Wings
holding us in alignment
suspended thru time
blessed is our assignment

the buzz of first chakra
reminding us of our grounding
holding us in relationship
even as the heart’s pounding

harness the Presence
to awaken the masses
take off with the Wind
guided by the flashes
of inner light

become part of the Waves
spiral up
spiral down
observing, connecting
the out and inbound

partitioning the awakened
readying to teach
encouraging others
to be open, yes beseech

the call of divinity
is there for us all
the Waves are coming in
let us answer the call
