The Enemy Now

The enemy now
is only what we think
Wake up and see
for we are on the brink

The brink of discovering
just who we are
and it’s the key to recovering
and remembering the Mar

Our thoughts become
our reality
so we are responsible
for their totality

If our reality is
just what we thought –
the world that we live in
is what that thought bought

Yes – what OUR thought bought

Go to the silence
and stillness – just be
Empty our thoughts
Just be – be free

Knowing how to meditate
is crucial right now
There are many available
to show us how

Meditate
Don’t equate
Meditate
Thoughts are freight
Meditate
And wait

Meditate
Clear the mind
Meditate
And you will find
The Way

The way to our new world
is becoming quite clear
but our entrance is blocked
by that emotion called fear

We cannot move forward
as long as fear exists
Let us work hand in hand
and not with our fists

As the pendulum swings
from side to side
fear swings to love –
don’t let love hide

Do not assume that
we know another’s thought
It’s that very assumption
that creates what we’ve bought

See what we love
or see what we fear
Changing our focus
brings what we want near

Sleep on this now
It’s a lot to digest
We’ll be ready to work on it
after some rest….

Acceptance

Acceptance

Acceptance quiets the mind
and a peace is won
Freeing mind from the chatter
a new start has begun

Acceptance is an opening
and allows what is to be
Once centred in this beingness
we have new eyes to see

With acceptance there is no jealousy
no judgement or competition – thus
acceptance is an open field
for playing and creating – plus

With acceptance we embrace ourselves
and all around us too
The simple phrase, “what is IS”
states what true acceptance can do

Allowing all to be and see
the purpose of this dance
gives us a connection to
what the love in our hearts can enhance

With acceptance and expanding hearts
we’re free to work together
creating now a brand new world
much better than the other

The Field of Aware

You are being prepared
Prepared for the oneness of time
Prepared for the sanctity of the evermore
Prepared for the supra divine

Speak of the journey with calmness
Speak of the travels you’ve done
Speak of the road and the destiny
Speak of the challenges won

Gather together the sweet ones
The ones with their hearts so exposed
Gather together the brave ones
Ready to see what’s transposed

Quicken the tasks and endeavours
Yet do so with calm and with joy
Bring to completion the remnants
Prepare for the time to employ

Employ the wisdom and feelings
Gifts of the journeys you’ve taken
Employ every part of creation
And expand into the dawn and awaken

Awaken to a new day of freshness
The joy of opportunities born
Awaken to knowing you are part of
The beginning like unplanted corn

Gather together in joyfulness
Gather together to prepare
Prepare the gardens for planting
Prepare the field of aware

The field of aware is expansive
And can be readily seeded with thoughts
The field of aware is for sharing
And cannot be sold or be bought

The field of aware is for sharing
All can have access to this spot
The field of aware is for sharing
Accessed with resonating thought

The precious seeding begins now
Take care of what you choose to grow
Each seed determines the future
Of what coming generations will know

Hold each thought to your hearts before planting
Then nourish it with love and attention
Take time to complete careful seeding
Crops planned for enduring contentment

Signify now that you’re willing
Signify now that you will
Go to the field of aware and seed
Water and nourish until

Until the others arrive to help
To help with harvest and sharing
Others to continue to grow the crops
Of the wisdom and love that you’re bearing

Blessings to all who have journeyed
Blessings to all who have fought
With love, determination and courage
Holding in their hearts what they’ve sought

Together now we’ll bring to completion
Tidying away the old season’s remains
And look forward now to the planting
Of the field of aware – a new plane
