Extension of Friendship

An extension of friendship
is an extension of love
It is a placement of other
neither below or above

It is seeing the other
with an open heart
It is a wanting to share
Curiosity is a part

We speak from within
Vulnerability is allowed
The other receives
and friendship is endowed

The friend has been warmed
by an extension of caring
and often responds
with their own way of sharing

The deeper the sharing
and exploring together
the more they become
two birds of a feather

The love that’s extended
and all that’s perceived
brings two into oneness
A Oneness believed

Does It Have to be Attainable?

The question was asked:
If you wanted to manifest
to change this world now,
what would you request?

What would you envision?
And his answer to me,
(Oh how could it be?)
“Does it have to be attainable?”

There it is again!
This deep seated doubt
Held so commonly within

Release this doubt! Begin!

Easily said
We carry the dread
Instilled by the past
Can peace ever last?

How can we know
it’s the thoughts we have
that sow
the fabric of future beingness?

What tools can we access
to release the past’s taxes
clearing our vessel
so a new way can nestle
within?

Thru indigenous ceremony
Energy medicine’s harmony
Earthing’s healing
Heart coherence revealing

Asking for help
Being consciously aware
of the times we are doubting
or setting limits out there

And we’re reminded again
Go to the child within
Each day’s an adventure
Live it without censor

Dream Big, Love Big
Find the treasure – dig!
Live the future
Be the future

Play and dance
Every way enhance
the world we want
to see

Toss Out the Old

Toss out the old
Old ways do not work
The old has dissolved
Only fragments still lurk

It is time to create
new ways of doing
being careful not to rely on
the old blueprints’ clueing

If we have a gem
that we feel is worth sharing
place it in the middle
It’s about sharing and caring

Then all sit around
Sit in a circle
Start the conversation
It may result in a miracle

We all now know that
we each carry a perspective
Each sees the gem
and can speak their directive

We each can present
our very own narrative
to add to the remix
co-creation’s imperative

It is not just what we see
from the place where we sit
Our life experiences and thoughts
also colour our drift

What wealth there is
every time we gather
Adding shampoo to water
is when we get the lather

The gem in the middle
may also be a question
Again sharing perspectives
may teach the lesson

So start with the gem
Past info doesn’t matter
It’s about new beginnings
and quieting the brain chatter

Allow all to flow
into the centre
The collective discussion
is the new mentor
