we can talk with our hands
and dance with our eyes
and celebrate communication
in new ways devised

electronic, conventional
physical, multi-dimensional
all are the same
when the language is love

when our hearts are transmitting
we know we’re committing
to speak from the heart
for it is love we impart

when our hearts are receiving
we know we’re believing
the gift we’ve received
is from love as conceived

communications are about relations
and the highest form
just as we were born
is simply to be
love

to radiate, to receive
as we seek and as we be
love

The Art of Giving

let us study the art of giving as a new way of living
and play it forward
let us bring to our neighbour something to savour
gifted not borrowed

the art of giving is sparked in the heart
an awareness of suffering, a desire to uplift
taking action to help others
or giving an anonymous gift
celebrating a life

can we mindfully live with the desire to give
and seek the opportunities daily?
can we share our abundance, our wealth of knowledge?
what we’ve acquired of value from this lifetime’s college?

a lending hand, an ear to listen
can we organize a drive for someone deprived
of the necessities of life
and what are they?

water, food, shelter and clothing are often quoted
love and friendship, peace and respect have been promoted
we can see the needs, the opportunities to give
to give of ourselves so others may live
cherished and cared for

let us seek within and expose our whole being to the art of giving
let us seek to become artists in the form
of generosity born
and give

The New Frontier

qualities of the divine are behind you
qualities of the divine are within
qualities of the divine are ensphering all
as we come into alignment with love

deeply held cores of creation
expanding and enriching the growth
pleasurable moments of elation
and quiet times of reflection, both

peace being generated by being
peaceful in moments with charge
kindness overcoming our judgements
as we embrace a new world at large

wandering elements of delusion
illumined by having the faith
knowing we are growing our future
by being inclusive to all in our space

the importance of being resourceful
and of sharing the abundance we have
wanting the best for our children
all children, we speak on their behalf

holding the divergence of similarity
as a tool to create simplicity’s more
solutions are ingeniously emerging
from the depths of our co-creative core

surrendering to the flow that is surging
and to a new world of co-habitation emerging
for we are both the shipbuilders and pilots
navigating the new frontier
