Conscious Conversations
a total awareness of who we are
as unique expressions of a single star
each a radiant ray of the one
each shining their contribution
this is how it is done
to sit in circle from wherever we are
to enter the field conscious of being the Mar
thru a meditative practice or the ringing of a bowl
to then enter a conversation
soul to soul
a conscious conversation at a soular level
releases the need for a planned agenda
whatever comes forth is honoured and shared
sharing perspectives without being compared
a piece is added to the continuing thread
woven carefully by the way its said
gaps of silence as we feel into the expressions
moments of laughter are welcomed digressions
the more we share, the more we are aware
recognizing we know nothing as we are the continuum
a flash of wisdom, an understanding
erasing old attachments as new perspectives are viewed
aware our knowingness is constantly renewed
the brilliance and power of coming together
sharing emotion and words right down to the letter
celebrating our oneness in such a palatable way
often so eager to share our say
and now what’s emerging as a powerful surging
as we continue our practice with its releasing and purging
emergent is the power of oneness, this powerful energy
that’s the co-creative force of our group’s active synergy
we are constantly aware of the presence that’s with us
we are tapping in to the multiverse megaplus
speaking beyond our remembered experience
eloquent
surprising ourselves in our deliverance
and choosing the power of words, each has an energy
we recognize the collapse of our field when out of alignment
what is this awareness of words, their use and assignment?
and here we explore:
*seldom is there the use of the word “i”
we express our perspectives from the oneness of we
group consciousness, one heart
*we avoid being the teacher where our personal experience is the truth – sharing one’s perspective is only part of the proof – we may say “my experience has been”
*we do not declare that another is wrong
but can alter a perspective by figuratively ringing the gong
and inserting with clarity another reflection
changing our direction without it being a correction
*we use the words “i feel” rather than “i think”
honouring where we are speaking from
heart coherence, heart intelligence
*and perhaps most importantly, we arrive to be totally present
committed to sharing, to speaking, to listening thru our hearts
for only by being authentically present no matter our physical/emotional state
can we turn up, wanting to be part of what we might discover, co-create
in our conscious conversation
blessed be this feeling of oneness
we seek it, we crave it and will recognize its doneness
we will be fully conscious when all can speak and listen this way
for communication from the heart is living the Way
