The Seed of Wholeness

The Seed of Wholeness
there in plain view
who knew?
the part not seen
it couldn’t have been
it wasn’t there
and now re-visited
the plant had a gift
realizing this
gave an instant uplift
the answer is given
light and warmth of the spring
its the flowers they bring
more light and heat
summer’s growth treat
and the leaves thrive
and then comes the fall
is there nothing at all?
flowers gone
no leaves belong
and yet…
not seen before
with flower, stem and more
there now were the seeds!
tiny and round
look what is found
contained within
a new way to begin
blessed be!
the seed of wholeness
there in its fullness
the seed of becoming
becoming the new
from which it too
grew
the key to renewal
with the potential to change
wait now thru winter
time to rearrange
and then plant

Progress Defined

from stationery, stable
the stillpoint of the heart
emerges a longing
to change, become a part

something is calling
we listen with intent
awakening to service
and to what our journey has meant

listening to the quiet
there’s a ringing in the ears
potentiality is singing
and soon a vision appears

the vision may be a symbol
sometimes it is a word
sometimes it is written
sometimes it’s simply heard

often it is a total scene
complete in its beauty
deepening our awareness
and our call to sacred duty

the beauty of understanding
symbolism for what we want
gifts an inner resonance
like creating a new font

clarifying the meanings
there’s a progression into more
releasing the outer peelings
and getting to the core

the core is fundamental
from there we build the new
progression to a higher state
where we can nurture what we grew

Inside Out

Inside Out

the sacred, the divine
inside we refine
and our own alignment
is our refinement

called to be aware
of our outer world from there
then opening the door
to bring forth and to explore

what are we attracted to?
where can we be of service?
how can we deliver our gifts?
is this not our life purpose?

we focus on the inside
then we carry it out
to magnify, expand it
and distribute it about

becoming the wisdom carrier
expressing it with love
with a knowing that we cannot fail
in creating the all
the all we have dreamed of

precious peace
precious love
space for the quiet
balancing, rebalancing
activating as we apply it

our fullness is becoming
waxing into a whole
our powerful inter-braiding of
strands of light from each heart and soul

the pregnant gestation
of the nurtured from within
birthing to the outer world
to simply then begin
