What Wants to Be Expressed

what wants to be expressed
is coming into view
the remainder left to rest
to alter or undo

the junctioning of time
the centre of the web
the meeting of perspectives
the expansion at full ebb

the wisdom has been gathered
the love has been enhanced
creativity is now ignited
there’s a new story to be danced

a coming of to gather
witnessing the sanctity of birth
the gifting of our treasures
our collaborative self worth

all that each has cherished
now gifted to the whole
a celebrative reunion
whose wholeness was it’s goal

a returning with the treasures
of life times experiencing growth
exchanging, sharing stories
becoming wholeness and potential both

what wants to be expressed
is a blending of the whole
creating new forms and systems
to further our wholeness goal

an honouring of diversity
a curiosity to explore
with love the expression of our beingness
we’ll expand from the core once more

This Patient’s Dilema

This Patient’s Dilema
the powerful medicine
distorts his reality
what helps him or hampers
in this form of duality?
sometimes back to the basics
where simplicity rules
gives relief from the chemicals
with side effects sometimes cruel
meditation and prayer
offered to end
this patient’s own suffering
on us he depends
a prayer for happiness
a prayer for peace
a prayer for friendship
and all suffering released
a prayer to release
all past that has harmed him
an envisioning of a future
where he is in charge again
gratitude for the opportunity
to serve on his journey
let us surrender to love
and all of his yearnings
may this patient be well
and honoured for his courage
may love be the answer
may he not be discouraged
and is there still more
what can we offer?
good humour and gentleness
simple nutrition, ample water
socializing, exercising
and our heart-centred belief
the power of love
will soon bring him relief

Intimately Free

spacial awareness being fine-tuned
fractal enlargement, definitive markers assumed
what is the upside, the inner, the host
as if an island, where is the coast?

are there no boundaries, no borders to define us?
is it simply to recognize a way to align us?
for truly does not one blend into another
are there not always similarities to uncover?

the quest is the ultimate road to understanding
and change that is constant is always demanding
to redefine the reference points, those journey markers
to share our awareness with our fellow embarkers

there is no path to oneness – it already exists
this awareness is crucial to those who enlist
into the force of creation and the power of love
to bring all our resources to create the new of

the new of the future, the bridging thru time
into a realm that mirrors the divine
sustaining the beauty, the balance of life
no longer suffering the painful, the strife

emerging into a new way of being
totally mindful, aware of our feeling
senses attuned to the desire to be
inclusive to the oneness, intimately free
