A Flower

A Flower

Let us start with a flower
It represents life
A growing creation
in the kingdom of fife

Catapult in to the realms of unknown
and there you will see how the seeding is sown

All of the magnitude of options are known
A handful of seeds can be broadcast and blown
into the corners of everywhere grown
and every seed’s focus is to flower a home

A home is for resting, for beauty and joy
and into this home comes a pollen envoy
It’s a colourful place and is scented with love
and can be held on a plant near the ground or above

Seldom if ever the flower will wilt
before it has hosted a bee with its gilt
The bee comes to visit and carries away
the pollen, the nectar to serve a new day

The fruit of the flower can take many a form
It becomes nut or seed or is fleshy like corn
And the fruit holds the seeds in a long lasting way
so it can be transported to a new site to grow and to stay

To stay and begin what we’ve already seen
There are multitudes of seedings going on and again
take note of the flower, the crowning jewel of a plant
and know it to be just what heaven has scent

Anchor

Anchor

Consider Earth as our anchor
as we travel the ocean of space
She holds us and anchors us
with her beauty and grace

Earth circles the Sun
Sun is spiralling too
On a journey thru universes
discovering the new

We can sometimes lift off
and travel elsewhere
Then we return back to Earth
into her loving care

If we travel somewhere
to the future and beyond
and really see the potential
of a new way and bond

We can return then  to Earth
into time and this space
and we can bring into form
putting what was seen, felt, in place

Splash Farm

Splash Farm

Eagle soars
keeping watch from above
The ocean she’s watching
is the Ocean of Love

The ocean is movement
It never is still
When the surface is calm
in the depths there’s a mill

A milling about
Currents sink and they rise
carrying every emotion
that life could devise

There’s always a seeking
to rise up to the top
Attracted to the Light
emotions want to be Love

Eagle sees the blending
The ebb and the flow
Sometimes a ripple
Sometimes waves grow

Eagle’s not a floater
She doesn’t dive in or swim
She hunts with keen vision
from dawn ’til light’s dim

Eagle touches only the surface
and makes barely a splash
She lifts off again
and flies away with her catch

Eagle seems to know
from her view from above
It is the surface of the ocean
that reflects the emotion of Love

Eagle dips down to taste it
She harvests her farm
Creating only a ripple
with wing, talon or arm
