After Shocks are After Thoughts 

the tremor, the quiver, the uncontrollable shakes
are they after shocks or a full blown earth quake?
and what is their source, what is their cause
let us explore this, let’s take a pause

the pause is the answer, to enter the gap
we find in the stillness the journey’s a map
a map from the source thru all the dimensions
and the challenges met can hold time in suspension

did i do that? a memory from the past
memories can be permanent, a stain that can last
and as they’re relived, their essence is sieved
causing worry and stress, anxiety to address

when something just happens a journey to the map tracks and ends
where a similarity is marked, a reaction state is embarked
from the point of past stimulation
it’s a difficult equation

so if the after shocks come from after thoughts
how can we help here?
this is the conundrum and the solution will come
when investigations are completed and comparisons done

patience is a virtue
let it all unfold
our patient has courage

Exploring the New Frontier

Exploring the New Frontier

we have reached the boundaries of all that we know
and we realize that we know nothing
nothing compared to the potential that is
yet knowing we’ve been handed the key-ring

the keys to the future, which one to choose?
where will each choice lead us? is there time to peruse?
if held to our hearts and shared with each other
we will make the best choice and soon will discover

all keys open a door to the new frontier
infinite choices, the key bearer’s fear
the weight of the keys will be too much to carry
so let each choose their key as their doorways may vary

the ultimate choice as we walk thru our door
will be the way that we choose how to explore
in times of the old,  explorers sought wealth
in the time now presenting will we seek global health?

in the new frontier can we merge with all others?
seeking to understand their ways so as to discover
their appreciation for life and how they now live
guardians of their habitat with abundance to give

to give and to share with no need of surplus
hoarding from fear replaced by living in sacred trust
trusting the outcome will always be perfect
creation’s unfolding from thought forms we reflect

mesmerizing sequencing, allurements’ potential
the love and the wisdom the linking sequential
marking the beginning of opening to the new
the frontier explorers will be witnesses to what grew

I to We

we are in the shift and still feeling adrift
letting go of the permanence, being the observerance
aware of our uniqueness, sensing our obliqueness
to all that is

the sense is emerging that all is converging
returning to the centre where love is our mentor
bringing our gifts to merge all that uplifts
and growing the love

so let us enquire as to what we desire
and how to express it, can our language compress it
to both desire and become? … we will know when that’s done
when i becomes we

to eliminate one letter, to express our desire much better
to live the oneness we are wanting, the task is not daunting
to live as the one, where one plus one equals one
let us be we

and to speak to another, let us now uncover
the meaning of you, it can be inclusive too
not the singular expression, for that is regression
you know?

let us be conscious of how often, we use the word i
let us speak to another as part of the whole
let us embody the emergence birthed from our convergence
let us become as our goal, the i to we
